Bloopz is made by a small independent team, so when you email us, a real person reads it — usually the same person who wrote the code.

What is Bloopz?
Bloopz is a family app that turns chores, reading, and good habits into points your kids can earn and spend on rewards you set. Everyone in the family sees the same up-to-date balance, so it's never up for debate.
Do my kids need their own accounts?
No. Only a parent creates an account. A child's device joins your family by scanning a one-time code you show them — no email, password, or personal sign-in for kids.
Can both parents use it?
Yes. You can invite a co-parent by email from Settings. They see the same family and the same balances, synced across every phone.
Is Bloopz free? Are there ads?
Bloopz is free to use, with no ads and no data selling. We're an indie studio, not an ad company.
How do I delete my data or account?
Open Settings → Account & data in the app. You can permanently delete a single family, or your entire account and everything in it. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. You can also email us and we'll help.
How do you handle privacy?
We collect as little as possible, never sell your data, and never run ad networks. Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
I have hello@bloopzapp.com but haven't heard back — what now?
Check your spam folder for our reply, and make sure the email you wrote from is one you can receive at. If it's been more than a couple of business days, send us a nudge — we'd rather hear twice than miss you.
