Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and StackReliant for using Bloopz. Please read them; by using the app, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Bloopz
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create a Bloopz account. Bloopz is meant for a parent or guardian to set up and manage on behalf of their household. You are responsible for the people in your family who use the app and for the information you enter about them, including obtaining any consent needed for a child's participation.
2. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and don't share them. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Acceptable use
Use Bloopz only for its intended purpose — helping your family track chores, habits, points, and rewards. You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the app to harm, harass, or exploit anyone, including children;
- attempt to access data belonging to other families or to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service;
- upload content you don't have the right to use, or anything unlawful or abusive.
4. Your content
The family names, tasks, rewards, and other content you create remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content so the app works for you and your family across devices. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
5. The app is provided "as is"
Bloopz is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Please keep your own records of anything important.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackReliant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of Bloopz. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim (which, for a free app, is zero).
7. Changes to the app and these terms
We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes to the terms, we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use Bloopz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using Bloopz at any time and delete your account and data from Settings → Account & data in the app. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
